Job Description

Laura Park Designs is a fast-growing lifestyle brand known for signature prints and thoughtfully designed home products, sold direct-to-consumer and through a strong wholesale network of independent retailers and major partners. We are seeking an Ecommerce Manager to own and manage our Shopify site, ensuring it is accurate, high-performing, and optimized for growth. This role is responsible for the day-to-day execution and optimization of our ecommerce business, including product setup, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and site operations, with a focus on delivering a seamless, high-converting customer experience. It is a hands-on role requiring strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to execute quickly across multiple priorities. The Ecommerce Manager will oversee all product data within Shopify, including pricing (retail, wholesale, ELC), tags, collections, and metafields. Responsibilities include coordinating product descriptions with marketing, executing backend product setup, maintaining templates and product specifications, and managing internal product tracking systems. The role also owns site merchandising, including maintaining product listings, optimizing collections for discovery, and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy and improve site structure. Management of the pre-order program, including product availability and ETA accuracy, is also a key responsibility.

This role will execute pricing and promotional strategies across Shopify, Faire, and MarketTime, including markdowns, bulk updates, and sitewide sales, and ensure all product launches are fully executed across collections, pricing, and site content. Maintaining product accuracy is critical, including managing variants, materials, colorways, product visibility, and lead times, as well as performing quality assurance on all product pages prior to launch.

About our Company

Laura Park Designs is a growing lifestyle brand rooted in original artwork and a love of pattern. What began as paintings has evolved into a full collection of thoughtfully designed home and lifestyle products that bring a sense of warmth, personality, and ease to everyday living. Our pieces are known for their signature prints, layered color, and a collected, lived-in feel that resonates with customers looking to create spaces that feel like home.

Our assortment includes bedding, pillows, tabletop, and home accessories, all designed with a focus on quality, craftsmanship, and cohesive storytelling across categories. We sell directly to our customers through our ecommerce site and partner with a strong network of independent retailers, along with major partners like Dillard’s and Bloomingdale’s. This balance allows us to grow while staying connected to both our customers and our retail partners.

We are a collaborative, hands-on team that works closely across design, merchandising, marketing, and operations to bring new products to life. From early concept through launch, we care deeply about the details—how a product looks, how it’s presented, and how it ultimately lives in someone’s home. As we continue to grow, we are focused on building a thoughtful, well-run business that supports both creativity and strong execution.
