About the position:
Luum Creative studio, a design-first, strategy-driven creative division of Luum Textiles, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator. Your collaborative spirit and sensitivity to Luum’s goals, culture and tone will contribute to engaging, accessible content for Luum’s new and existing global audience.
Working in a buzzing NYC studio, no day is the same. This role requires a combination of creative marketing expertise, the ability to execute various physical tasks such as rolling fabrics, and administrative duties such as maintaining databases and decks to keep the marketing department running.
The Marketing Coordinator will also work directly with Luum Textiles’ Creative Director and Branding & Marketing Manager on various aspects of marketing to maintain a cohesive client experience across all brand channels. The role also involves working closely with Luum’s Toronto marketing and sampling team as needed to carry out project related tasks.
The Marketing Coordinator is a proactive self-starter, multi-tasker, problem solver, understands/adheres to brand guidelines and contributes to a positive environment.

We create
integrated collections
for an integrated
experience.
We believe that design is most successful when the creative process is paired with a clear performance intent. Whether it’s a problem to be solved or an objective to be met, design is a forward-looking pursuit.
We’re always looking ahead and imagining the ways our collections will be used. It’s why we work by hand at the fiber level to understand – and ultimately influence – how our materials will perform in the built environment.
Throughout the design process, we focus on creating products that work together in a holistic way. This comprehensive approach allows us to provide architects and designers with a complete solution capable of wrapping every contour of the interior and unlocking the possibilities found within.
