What We Are Looking For:
Someone with a passion for textiles and the ambition to be part of an exciting sales force that promotes company culture and strength through collaboration. Sales positions require equal parts entrepreneurship and diligent follow-up.
Qualifications:
• 2+ years of sales experience preferred
• Background in interiors, design, or luxury goods is a plus
Job Description:
• Work directly with our territory’s top interior design clients to educate, collaborate, sample, and sell.
• Build strong relationships and use that familiarity to obtain sales across all product categories and represented collections, with a special focus on custom.
• This is both an inside and outside sales position with a minimum of 8 presentations per week, emphasizing presentations outside the showroom.
• Support client growth through comprehensive presentations, new collection showings, project-specific meetings, and library updates.
• Keep Territory/Showroom Managers informed of all travel and appointments, and coordinate outside sales calls with Holland & Sherry sales leaders and vendors.
• Maintain active communication with clients and enter all activity into our CRM.
• Collaborate closely with Client Services to provide accurate, efficient communication around stocked products.
• When in the showroom, work with the Territory/Showroom Manager to streamline operations: checking daily updates, following up on action items, managing email correspondence, conducting client outreach, supporting daily sales, and assisting the broader team.
