Job Description

We are looking for a motivated full-time outside sales director to help grow our expanding business in the Dallas/Ft.Worth area. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to become a part of a growing luxury retail operation with a national presence. The candidate ideally should be a sales professional with an eye for design and knowledge of the Dallas design community. The successful candidate will work to build new trade business and support existing clients in the metro area. Some travel within territory is required as well as infrequent travel to our headquarters in Houston.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities Include:
Cultivate relationships and drive growth through outreach to the DFW design community and beyond
Set up and present textiles and interact with clients both current and new
Strategize outreach initiatives and cultivate new leads
Provide support to existing clients

Job requirements:
Design industry or sales experience
Rug experience is a plus
Self-starter and able to work independently
Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
