Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Showroom Assistant to work 10.00am - 4.00pm, three days per week.
The successful candidate will deliver an exceptional customer experience and will play a key part in showcasing our innovative flooring solutions and supporting our company's mission to inspire unique interior spaces.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations of the showroom, including merchandising and maintaining an immaculate presentation.
Assist all showroom visitors with product selection by providing first class advice and guidance.
Develop strategies to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Measure performance by tracking conversion of showroom visitors to purchases.
Send out samples of wood flooring.
Manage customer enquiries, providing expert advice on flooring options.
Build strong relationships with a dedicated client base.
Promote a welcoming environment that reflects the company's commitment to quality and design.
Work with the marketing team to increase showroom traffic and to organize showroom events, ordering catering when required.
Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or customer service.
Demonstrated ability to develop strategies for sales growth.
High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Well presented to represent our brand values.
Experience within the wood flooring industry is desirable
