Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to two seasoned Sales Representatives
Assist with client communications, ensuring a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
Coordinate appointments, showroom visits, and client presentations
Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentation materials with precision and attention to detail
Assist Sales Representatives with design presentations
Maintain accurate records and activity within internal systems (e.g., NetSuite)
Liaise with internal teams including Client Services, Production, and Accounting to ensure smooth project execution
Monitor orders and timelines, proactively following up to ensure deadlines are met
Maintain showroom inventory and oversee memo replenishment
Support overall showroom operations and contribute to a welcoming, elevated client experience
Qualifications:
Highly professional, polished, and client-facing demeanor
Articulate communicator with strong verbal and written skills
Exceptionally organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
Strong sense of discretion and professionalism when working with high-profile clientele
Previous experience in a luxury retail, design, or sales support role preferred
Interest in luxury interiors, architecture, or design is highly desirable
Comfort working with ERP or order management systems, experience with NetSuite is a strong plus.

This role requires a professional, articulate individual with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
Working within a refined and design-driven environment, the Sales Assistant will play a key role in ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while supporting the sales team in cultivating and maintaining relationships with a discerning clientele.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in our Miami Design District showroom.
