About our Company

Founded in 2018, Chad Dorsey Design is an award-winning interior architecture and design studio known for creating authentic, unapologetic interiors that redefine modern luxury. With a team of 16 designers, architects, and creative professionals, the Dallas-based firm crafts highly personalized residential environments rooted in the belief that spaces are meant to be lived in, not just admired.

The studio’s work is distinguished by a sophisticated balance of structure and warmth. Drawing from Chad Dorsey’s architectural training and a deep appreciation for craftsmanship, each project is grounded in natural materials, handcrafted details, quiet palettes, and a seamless relationship between architecture and interiors. Custom furnishings, artisan collaborations, and carefully curated pieces are layered to create homes that feel both refined and approachable.

Authentic. Unapologetic. Interiors. These three words define the firm’s design philosophy. Rejecting the predictably aspirational, Chad Dorsey Design creates spaces that are deeply personal, richly layered, and impossible to replicate. The studio embraces contrast—mixing refined and raw, contemporary and vintage, custom and collected—to create interiors with character, tension, and soul. No two projects look alike because every home is shaped by the individuality of its client and the unique qualities of the architecture itself.

This perspective is informed by a diverse design background that extends beyond residential work. Prior to founding the studio, Chad Dorsey designed hospitality environments ranging from luxury hotels and private clubs in Las Vegas, Montana, and Cabo San Lucas to private aircraft interiors. That experience continues to influence the firm’s rigorous design process, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.

Today, Chad Dorsey Design is recognized as a leading voice in contemporary luxury interiors. The firm’s work has been featured in Architectural Digest, EL
