This position serves the mission of Andrea Claire Studio by guiding clients through the experience of commissioning a custom, made-to-order chandelier- from their first inquiry through final delivery. This is not a cold-outreach or hard-sell sales role: our clients come to us. They're interior designers and architects already interested in a custom piece, and this role's job is to earn their trust, understand what they need, and guide them through a considered, high-touch process- closer to hospitality or client service than traditional sales.

The ideal candidate has sold or managed the client relationship for made-to-order, customized products, and understands that process - translating undefined client needs into a clear, well-crafted outcome, not selling from an existing catalog.

This role is responsible for growing the studio's client relationships and market presence, maintaining a healthy pipeline of active inquiries, and representing the values, craftsmanship, and reputation of Andrea Claire Studio at every touchpoint.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years managing client relationships in a made-to-order, custom, or high-touch service context.
• Experience selling luxury made-to-order or custom fabricated goods required.
• Existing relationships within the interior design or architecture community strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience managing high-value custom projects.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• CRM proficiency (Pipedrive preferred).
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Adobe InDesign proficiency.
