Job Description

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Sales Manager to help drive our next chapter of growth. This role is ideal for a sales professional who not only brings proven results and valuable industry relationships, but who is also deeply passionate about design. The right candidate is entrepreneurial, highly organized, and motivated to expand our presence in the luxury interiors market, while building lasting partnerships with leading designers and architects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and grow business with top interior designers, architects, and design firms.
• Leverage existing industry contacts to generate new opportunities and expand market presence.
• Manage the full sales cycle: outreach, presentations, proposals, project tracking, and closing.
• Create detailed estimates and oversee all client communications related to RFQs, samples, timelines, and materials.
• Partner with our founder and design team to deliver tailored communications leading to one-of-a-kind lighting solutions.
• Track, manage, and nurture client relationships through our CRM system to ensure consistent follow-up and long-term partnerships.
• Represent the studio at industry events, presentations, and showroom visits.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals while maintaining the highest level of client service.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of sales experience, ideally within luxury interiors, design, or related industries.
• Demonstrated ability to generate revenue, expand client portfolios, and manage high-value projects.
• Existing network of contacts in the design and architecture community is highly valued.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks; Pipedrive experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A personable, polished, and collaborative presence that earns client trust and inspires confidence.
• Genuine passion for design, interiors, and craftsmanship.
• Available to work five days per week in our Frogtown studio (occasional remote flexibility after training).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

We are a boutique chandelier design and fabrication studio with 15 years of experience working globally with A-list interior designers on extraordinary projects. Each chandelier is designed and hand-crafted in house and made to order using materials such as bamboo, brass, porcelain, paper, fiberglass, and glass. Inspired by modernism, classicism, Barbara Hepworth, Jessica Stockholder, Alexander Calder, and Isamu Noguchi, our lighting blends sculpture, design, and artistry.
