DIRECTOR OF BRAND & CONTENT
Chad Dorsey Design is seeking a Director of Brand & Content to lead the growth and storytelling of one of the country's most recognized luxury residential design brands.
This role is responsible for building the Chad Dorsey brand across digital, print, editorial, and emerging media platforms. The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller, content producer, marketer, editor, and project manager.
This person will work directly with Chad Dorsey and serve as the steward of the firm's public voice.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead content strategy across Instagram, Pinterest, Substack, website, and future channels.
• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Capture and coordinate photography and video content from projects, travel, events, and studio activities.
• Edit and publish content across all platforms.
• Manage community engagement and audience growth.
• Coordinate website updates and content launches.
• Assist with PR opportunities, awards submissions, speaking engagements, and editorial outreach.
• Launch and manage the firm's Substack platform.
• Coordinate book marketing initiatives and online sales channels.
• Develop content that reinforces Chad Dorsey Design's position as a leader in architecture-driven luxury interiors.
• Track analytics, audience growth, and engagement metrics.
• Work with outside writers, photographers, videographers, and consultants.
QUALIFICATIONS
• 5+ years of experience in luxury brand marketing, media, design, fashion, architecture, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills.
• Strong visual instincts and understanding of luxury branding.
• Experience producing content for Instagram, Pinterest, websites, newsletters, and editorial publications.
• Ability to work independently and execute quickly.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable working directly with founders and high-profile clients.
