WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO
- Has a minimum of five years prior experience in product development and/or project management in a high-end creative industry. This could be interiors, furniture, fashion, luxury products, etc. Someone who is both technical and creative with an understanding of high net-worth clientele and has a good eye for sophisticated aesthetics. - Must be a fantastic human being. We are eager to add the best of the best to our growing family.
- Possesses outstanding interpersonal skills, in-person communication, and phone etiquette. Excellent writer with outstanding attention to detail.
- Must be a self-starter with a high level of organization, ability to prioritize, and exercise independent judgment while collaborating with a team.
- Jack/Jane of all trades who is excited about doing something new each day, following through with long term projects, contributing wherever necessary.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketch Up Pro, SolidWorks and similar softwares is a PLUS! Ability to read/understand shop drawings and technical drawings is also a PLUS!
- You have the ability to coordinate and chair meetings, lead discussions, organize planning processes, and provide a variety of information on departmental projects, policies and procedures.
- You are good at creating systems of organization for all projects and maintaining those systems.
- As 11 Ravens and Ravella Tequila grow, responsibilities may change and evolve; this position requires flexibility!

Job Requirements

- Oversee/manage our WEHO Flagship showroom expansion, including organizing and maintaining the project schedule, hiring/ managing vendors, budgeting, ensuring all elements in the showroom are up to code, collaborating with marketing on showroom partnerships, ordering/receiving/organizing all required materials, setting up an inventory system for all showroom products, and seeing the opening of the expanded showroom through to a successful launch in timely fashion.
- Oversee production of our new furniture line, accessories, home goods and apparel, including sourcing manufacturers, getting competitive quotes, placing orders, managing vendor payments, providing the vendors with everything they need - supporting them with completing production in a timely manner, and conducting systematic and high level of quality control.
- Manage all packaging and collateral materials (bags, boxes, etc) by collaborating with our design and marketing teams for the creative components and then executing the production of these items with our packaging and printing producers. Following the process from concept through production, payment, shipping, receipt, and QC.
- Manage the development, production, and storage of all elements of the tequila from bottling to liquid to packaging. Ensure that new products for the tequila line come to market within provided deadlines. Work with brokers, importers, distributors and all involved parties. Make sure all elements are to code and align with the current rules and regulations.
- Approach projects with a holistic perspective, prioritizing and making decisions based on your complete understanding of all projects.
- Ability to coordinate and chair meetings, lead discussions, organize planning processes, and provide a variety of information on departmental projects, policies and procedures.
- Hire and manage specialized contractors and freelancers as required to bring projects into fruition. Collaborate with existing parties.

We also own a tequila line. We’re seeking a Product Development Manager with responsibilities within our product line expansion from overseeing new and ongoing categories from concept to showroom floor, packaging development and manufacturing, and general project management within 11 Ravens and Ravella collections. This is a hybrid position which allows the option to work from home part of the week, with some in person work mostly located at Pacific Design Center in West Hollywood.
