Position Overview:
We are seeking a driven, design-savvy Regional Development Executive, based in Miami or Orlando, to represent Kyle Bunting in Florida. This is an independent contractor role responsible for managing a defined territory, growing sales, and deepening relationships within the residential, commercial, and hospitality design community.

Your Mission:
As a key member of our national sales team, you will:
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for your territory. Know your market, understand your clients, identify key prospects, and participate in local design events.
• Service and grow existing client relationships with the care and responsiveness expected from a luxury brand. Understand what it takes to win—whether it’s budget, design, service, or timing—and deliver accordingly.
• Proactively prospect and establish new relationships. Learn project requirements, design goals, budgets, and timelines to position Kyle Bunting products as the ideal solution.
• Generate and follow up on new leads across your territory. Build meaningful connections with top residential and hospitality designers to uncover opportunities.
• Maintain daily outreach to 10–20 design professionals. Conduct in-person presentations and be a trusted, visible presence in the local market.

Job Requirements

Your Mission (continued):
• Document all sales activity accurately and keep client records organized and up to date. Ensure follow-ups and project details are tracked thoroughly.
• Collaborate closely with our Austin-based team to deliver an exceptional client experience at every stage—from project development through final delivery.
• Be accountable for managing the entire sales process, from prospecting to close, with a consultative, design-focused approach.
• Contribute to the continued growth of the Kyle Bunting brand by embodying its values—creativity, craftsmanship, and client dedication.

Who You Are:
• Experienced in the interior design industry, with a solid understanding of both residential and hospitality sectors.
• Comfortable selling high-end or custom design products to the trade.
• Skilled in relationship-based sales and long-cycle project management.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your territory independently.
• A confident communicator with strong presentation skills and a professional, polished demeanor.
• Adaptable and resourceful in managing multiple active projects and client needs simultaneously.
