Job Description

We currently are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Procurement Manager. This position is essential to maintaining seamless coordination with a diverse network of vendors across the globe — including Asia and Europe — ensuring timely procurement, smooth communication, and dependable production follow-through. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator with strong ERP experience (preferably Microsoft Business Central), a solid grasp of logistics, and the ability to anticipate and adapt to supply chain challenges. This position follows a hybrid work model, requiring 2–3 days per week in the office.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee the full procurement process from PO initiation through delivery, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely updates
Manage and mentor a procurement team of 3, supporting workflow efficiency and clear ownership of responsibilities
Communicate regularly with global vendors — particularly in Asia and Europe — to track production, confirm ship dates, and resolve issues; flexibility with varying time zones required
Collaborate with internal teams to forecast inventory needs and plan product purchases accordingly
Track and adjust purchasing strategy based on historical data, launch schedules, and inventory movement
Maintain and manage ERP records (Microsoft Business Central), including item codes, pricing, PO details, and lead times
Coordinate logistics and shipping—monitor freight movement, courier tracking, and customs clearance to final destination
Address product claims with vendors and ensure resolutions are documented and communicated
Reconcile purchase orders and shipping documents with vendor invoices in coordination with accounting
Identify and implement process improvements in procurement and inventory management
Analyze vendor performance to identify risks, optimize sourcing strategies, and support long-term planning

Job Requirements

Qualified candidates possess:

5+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain roles
Proficiency with Microsoft Business Central or equivalent ERP system
Strong understanding of international vendor communications, shipping logistics, and production planning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, organization, and accountability
Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage forecasting and inventory strategies
Ability to lead a team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional departments
Experience in the interior design, wallcovering, or textile industry is a plus
