As the Procurement Manager at Wolf Holden Design Studio, you will support the design team in both administrative and creative tasks throughout all project phases, from design development to installation. This role offers hands-on experience in both the operational and creative aspects of a small, fast paced, boutique interior design firm.
Primarily, the Procurement Manager will manage procurement, vendor orders and payments, including requesting quotes, purchasing, reconciliation and tracking. This person will also assist with client invoices and proposals.
Responsibilities:
• Entering purchases, processing purchase orders and payments, preparing billing proposals, and resolving discrepancies
• Obtain quotes, pricing, and lead times for proposals
• Track orders, deliveries, returns, and exchanges, ensuring smooth procurement and installation
• Assist with running errands and off-site tasks as needed
Secondarily, this person will assist the design team with general administrative duties and office organization, running errands, and preparing for client meetings and presentations. This person will also provide hands-on help with photoshoots and installations.
