About the Role:
This is a flexible, hourly, part-time position, ideal for someone who is deeply familiar with the world of luxury furnishings and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You’ll work closely with our design team to manage procurement from specification to installation, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.

You will play a pivotal role in tracking product orders and vendor communications, handling everything from initial sourcing to final delivery. Your ability to stay impeccably organized while juggling multiple projects will be key to success in this role.

Required Credentials
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years experience in purchasing/procurement management
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Fluent and confident using Studio Designer for all stages of procurement and project tracking.
- Experience working with high end Interior Design firms

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and procure high-end furniture, lighting, finishes, and accessories from both well-known and boutique vendors.
- Manage the entire procurement lifecycle: generating purchase orders, confirming lead times, coordinating shipping, tracking deliveries, and managing installations.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand detailed project needs, timelines, and budgets.
- Create and maintain accurate and well-organized procurement documentation, including spreadsheets, order trackers, and FF&E logs.
- Well versed in Studio Designer. Comfortable working in the platform and maintaining a project from beginning to end.
-Communicate proactively with vendors regarding lead times, backorders, damages, and replacements.
- Stay up-to-date on payment terms, international shipping practices, white-glove delivery, and custom fabrication timelines.
- Assist with scheduling installations and ensuring goods are delivered on time, in full, and damage-free.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and freight when needed.

What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of procurement experience in a luxury interior design or architecture environment.
- Deep knowledge of high-end and custom furniture brands, trade vendors, and showrooms.
- Familiarity with procurement and project tracking tools, ideally Studio Designer.
- Thorough understanding of payment terms, trade purchasing, and freight logistics.
- Meticulously organized, efficient, and proactive with excellent follow-through.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills; ability to manage vendor relationships with professionalism and finesse.
- A self-starter who can work independently, but collaborates well with a design team.
