PINKYS, a pioneering force in the iron door trend since 1978, has unveiled its inaugural flagship showroom in Los Angeles. This unconventional retail space skillfully combines the elegance of a refined gallery with the functionality of a working warehouse, a vision conceived by renowned AD100 designer Jeremiah Brent.

PINKYS Showroom Manager will collaborate closely with the PINKYS brand director and the Co-Founders. We seek a highly motivated and creative individual to assume a leadership role in the new showroom, infusing it with fresh concepts while upholding the brand’s core values. We are seeking a collaborative team player who can comprehend the founders’ and designers’ vision for the showroom and present the brand to a discerning audience. We seek an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individual to greet customers and provide an exceptional VIP experience for all customers.

Job Requirements

Scope
- Facilitate client experience, in-store marketing and merchandising, and create a compelling store environment.
- Manage visual accompaniments to enhance guest experience.
- Outside sales marketing, creating, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with clients / Trade.
- Collaborate to promote offerings and generate leads.
- Manage marketing calendar with owners and senior management.
- Coordinate events to maximize brand awareness and foster a creative community to drive sales.
- Maintain and grow our Trade account database, through active research, outreach, and development of supporting marketing materials.
- Support sales team, assisting with customer service, showroom emails communications, teaching, and monitoring.
- Maintain and grow our database media, and serve as the liaison between the brand, journalists and other influencers for media placements.
- Oversee visuals merchandising, working with our creative director and founders.
- End-to-end production lead for trade shows, including sales strategy plan.
- Actively supporting founders on new projects related to the brand, B2B, sales, and growth.
- Help get reviews from sales team.
- Support social media team, by documenting local content + job site content.

Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a related position within the design trade industry.
- Proficiency in multitasking.
- Strong verbal, written, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Valid driver’s license.

Hours
- Monday through Friday from 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.
- Saturday’s from 11:00a.m. to 2:00p.m.

Some events may necessitate working nights and weekends, with prior notice.
Some projects may entail travel, with prior notice.
This position necessitates driving.
