We are seeking a seasoned Interior designer / Architect to work on complex and considered residential projects with our team in Philadelphia. You will work directly with the principal and team of designers as well as our purchasing manager. You will be involved in all aspects of interior architectural and design projects. We expect excellent and polished verbal and written communication skills and would love a positive, hyper-organized and self-motivated team player to join us - sense of humor is a must. This position is long-term with an opportunity to grow while seeing luxury interior designs come to life, in a fun and relaxed studio atmosphere.

​Must have a ​minimum of 3+ years of full-time professional high-end residential experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS​, ​RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

• You should be able to service ​all aspects of ​client​ relations​, source​ merchandise, prepare for presentations, coordinate construction and installation, as well as manage all aspects of calendar, budget and administrative details.

• This position includes every aspect of interior design and requires:

o developing new layouts ​to propose to clients​
o drafting floor plans and elevations​, attention to scale​
o researching/ selecting/ sourcing furniture, fixtures & finishes
o ​r​esponsible for ​project survey - ​capturing onsite measurements, pictures, notes, properly documenting all
o meeting with/presenting to clients​, ​compose weekly detailed project status​.
o communicating with clients/ vendors/ trades people
o​ ​must possess a refined aesthetic and ​strong ​understanding/knowledge of leading high-end furniture and fabric dealers and market
o​ ​owns AutoCAD input for all proposed furniture, rugs, millwork, lighting, etc.. for assigned projects​ and adjus​t​s​ furniture plans as soon as items change
o Must love AutoCAD and modeling software
o ​m​aintains detailed project files with systems in place (*Dropbox, Asana, ​IVY, Client Folders​ etc)
o ​w​orks directly with​ receiving and​ storage companies to confirm items are received, and not damaged, for assigned projects
