We are seeking a full-time Associate Project Designer who loves the execution side of design — translating ideas into clear, buildable documentation — and takes pride in precision and follow-through.
This junior-to-mid-level role focuses on producing accurate, construction-ready drawing sets. While it does not lead client presentations or develop overall concepts, it requires strong design judgment, spatial awareness, and an understanding of proportion, detailing, and material transitions.
This is not a drafting-only position. The ideal candidate understands how design decisions impact construction and can interpret direction while making thoughtful technical adjustments that support both aesthetics and buildability.
Key Responsibilities
Produce and revise plans, elevations, sections, details, and schedules
Translate design intent into clear, coordinated drawing packages
Support cabinetry, millwork, tile layouts, and custom interior elements
Incorporate redlines and consultant feedback accurately
Maintain organized, consistent documentation
Utilize Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
Coordinate with builders to align documentation with construction
Attend occasional site visits
Assist with finish documentation and specification tracking

Experience
3–5 years of interior design experience required. Architectural experience is acceptable only if it includes substantial interior design scope. Demonstrated experience producing interior design drawings and documentation is essential, along with working knowledge of residential construction and interior detailing.
Technical Skills
Proficiency in at least one technical platform (Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam, or similar) required. Ability and willingness to learn additional software and internal systems. Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.

Compensation & Growth
