Job Description

The Project Manager is our studio’s most meticulous team member — the person responsible for ensuring that every construction-related design decision is accurately documented, clearly communicated, and reliably tracked from concept through completion. The PM serves as the central hub for all hard finishes documentation, CAD drawing management, scheduling, and project file integrity. Working closely with the Principal and Senior Designer, and operating as the authoritative record-keeper for builders and the internal team alike, this role demands exceptional organizational skill, precision under pressure, and a deep respect for the details that make great projects possible. Job Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field preferred — though equivalent professional experience will be considered

Experience

2–4 years of experience in an interior design, architecture, or construction-adjacent role
Demonstrated experience managing project documentation, schedules, and specifications
Prior experience in a residential design firm is a strong plus

Technical Skills

Proficiency in AutoCAD — must be able to produce 2D plans and elevations independently
Experience with SketchUp for 3D renderings (or demonstrated ability to learn quickly)
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Slides, Sheets)
Familiarity with Asana or similar project management platforms
Studio Designer experience is a plus but not required

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline — this is the defining trait for the role
Strong written communication skills; able to produce clear, audience-appropriate documentation
Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously without losing accuracy
Proactive problem-solver who surfaces issues early and arrives with solutions
Comfortable working both independently in the studio and on active job sites

Other

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits and showroom visits
Ability to lift and carry samples and materials as needed on installation days
