We are seeking an Interior Designer / Project Manager to lead high-end residential projects from concept through installation. This role is ideal for someone who can seamlessly balance the creative and operational sides of the work — bringing a strong design perspective while staying on top of timelines, communication, and execution.
You’ll partner closely with our design team to bring concepts to life from initial vision through installation, ensuring seamless coordination across all project phases. This position serves as the central hub of project execution and design development — ensuring all work is aligned, fully resolved, and on track before reaching leadership for review.
We’re looking for a strong communicator who can confidently manage clients, vendors, and internal teams, and a true team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Greenwich, CT with project travel throughout the region. Compensation: $90,000 annually.
∙ 3+ years of project management experience at a senior level within interior design or luxury residential — this is non-negotiable
∙ Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, managing communication, expectations, and updates with professionalism and warmth
∙ Lead project execution across all phases — from design development through procurement and final installation
∙ Build and manage detailed project timelines, schedules, and deliverables
∙ Ensure all selections, specifications, and drawings are complete, accurate, and aligned before reaching leadership for review
∙ Act as the central point of coordination between the internal team, vendors, contractors, and clients
∙ Oversee procurement processes including quote requests, order tracking, and issue resolution
∙ Contribute to design development including material selection, FF&E scheduling, and specification writing
∙ Create floor plans, furniture layouts, elevations, and scaled drawings aligned with architectural plans
∙ Conduct site visits and support installations through completion
∙ Maintain organized, accurate project documentation across all active projects
