As we enter an exciting phase of growth, we are looking for an exceptional Project Manager to join our team. This is not an entry-level role. We are seeking someone who has lived and breathed high-level interior design, understands the nuance of working with luxury clients, and brings both a strong eye and an operator’s mind to every project.
You are equal parts creative and organized, equally comfortable on a job site and in a client meeting. You anticipate problems before they surface and handle them with grace when they do. You have a genuine eye for design — you understand proportion, material, and detail — and it shows in how you think, how you communicate, and how you manage the work.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Greenwich, CT with project travel throughout the region. Compensation: $90,000 annually.
∙ 3+ years of project management experience at a senior level within interior design or luxury residential — this is non-negotiable
∙ A genuine design sensibility and trained eye — you understand what makes a space extraordinary
∙ Proven track record managing complex, multi-phase projects from concept through completion
∙ Grace under pressure and a natural instinct for creative problem-solving
∙ Deep discretion and professionalism working with high-net-worth clients
∙ Strong command of budgets, procurement, and contractor management
∙ Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required
∙ Excellent written and verbal communication — you represent the brand in every interaction
