The Junior designer will assist the principal in all aspects of the interior design process participating in a fast growing boutique firm. Applicant should be warm, enthusiastic, and willing to travel. Responsibilities will include producing all furniture plans, generating detailed estimates, managing vendor communications including purchasing and tracking, calling in samples, updating and developing design boards, presentation and meeting prep, and hands-on involvement at the time of installation.
Required:
•Proficiency in Autocad and Photoshop required, and experience with Studio Designer a plus.
•Strong organizational skills and executive function to maintain meticulous documentation within all levels of project management and scheduling
•Interior Design degree or experience
•Excellent communication skills
