Position Overview
The Field Service Operations Supervisor plays a key management role in ensuring the seamless execution of cleaning services across multiple client sites. This position supports field staff, coordinates with company leadership, serves as a liaison with clients, and conducts on-site estimates for new work.
Key Responsibilities
Field Operations Management
• Supervise and support field cleaning teams across multiple job sites
• Ensure company standards for quality, professionalism, and efficiency are consistently met
• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor work quality and provide coaching to staff
• Resolve operational issues that arise during service delivery
Client & Team Liaison
• Serve as the primary bridge between field staff, management, and clients
• Communicate client expectations clearly to teams and ensure they are met
• Address client concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, building managers, designers, and contractors
Estimating & Site Assessments
• Conduct off-site visits to assess new projects and prepare cleaning estimates
• Evaluate scope of work for post-construction and specialty cleaning projects
• Coordinate scheduling and staffing based on project requirements
Operational Coordination
• Collaborate with management on staffing, scheduling, and logistics
• Ensure teams have proper supplies and equipment
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality
Qualifications
• Experience managing field service teams or operations (cleaning, hospitality, facilities, construction support, or similar industries preferred)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional presence when interacting with high-end clientele
• Ability to assess work scope and prepare service estimates
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working across multiple sites throughout New York City
• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
