Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth and efficient workflows. This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive operational excellence and achieve business objectives.
Key responsibilities include: estimating & site inspections, scheduling & dispatching, build and maintain customer & vendor relations, oversee training, supervise inventory management, and enforce safety/health standards. You will work in tandem with ownership to develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives to optimize efficiency and achieve company goals.

Job Requirements

Requirements: Must be bi-lingual and have fluency (Spanish/English). Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of management experience in field service, hospitality, facilities services, building trades.
Leadership: Proven ability to manage, train and motivate diverse employees. Proven ability to work with high net-worth clientele
Skills: Strong communication skills, organizational skills, problem-solving, and time management skills
Tech Literacy: MS Office, Quickbooks (Customer/Sales modules), and computer literacy
