Job Description

We are seeking a creative and technically expert Senior Interior Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a design pillar, bridging the gap between high-level vision and technical execution. As a Senior Designer, you will work in close collaboration with the Principal Designer to translate concepts to reality. You will help develop the design vision, implement systems and a source materials to ensure every detail of design and process aligns with our standards of excellence.

Design & Modeling: Generate high-fidelity project models used for both photorealistic renderings and precise construction documents.

Custom Fabrication: Model bespoke furniture and unique architectural elements, ensuring they are both aesthetic and buildable.

FF&E Management: Oversee the sourcing, specification of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment.

Site & Client Management: Accompany Project Managers to job sites for inspections; lead meetings with clients and trades to ensure design intent is maintained during construction.

Job Requirements

Experience: 5–8+ years of professional experience in high-end residential or commercial interior design.

Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Revit, Rhino, or SketchUp) and Adobe Creative Suite.

Execution: Strong understanding of construction methods, custom millwork detailing, and trade coordination.

Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills—you can explain a design detail to a contractor and a vision to a client with equal ease.

Education: A Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from an accredited institution.
