As an independent sales representative for Bella Notte, you are responsible for creating a strategy and tracking progress while maintaining a close relationship with customers and nurturing new ones.
You must have impeccable communication skills and strong time management capabilities. You must also understand and leverage effective sales strategies appropriately across various accounts and channels.
As a luxury brand independent sales representative, you should have at least four years of experience in the Home Decor industry, possess a strong understanding of high-end products, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout their buying journey.
This role requires an entrepreneurial, self-directed individual with exceptional prospecting skills and a deep understanding of the luxury home industry.
You will represent Bella Notte as a trusted ambassador in the Northeast territory—identifying the right retailers and design trade partners that align with our brand values and long-term growth goals.
- Consistently work to expand the book of business by proactively reaching out to existing accounts and identifying opportunities to deepen those relationships. Develop strategies for acquiring new accounts and ensuring consistent business growth.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with accounts. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and delivering timely solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while working independently and collaborating with a team.
- Promote and educate customers on our product offerings, demonstrating in-depth brand knowledge by leading presentations and product demonstrations to existing and potential new accounts, showcasing the full scope of our offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales forecasting
- Participate in regional trade shows, events, and brand activations to increase brand visibility, develop leads, and drive business
- Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, logistics, production) to ensure alignment and success of sales strategies
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory
