We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Showroom Operations Manager to oversee the daily presentation, organization, and operational flow of our interior design showroom.
This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional visual and organizational standards across the showroom, materials library, storage areas, kitchen, and back-of-house spaces. Cleaning execution is handled by contracted services; however, this role manages those vendors and ensures standards are consistently met.
The ideal candidate thrives on order, systems, and aesthetics — and understands that in design, presentation is everything.
Showroom & Visual Standards
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to ensure showroom presentation is impeccable
- Reset furniture and styling after client meetings
- Maintain alignment, lighting, and overall showroom readiness
- Protect brand standards and luxury presentation
Vendor & Cleaning Management
- Oversee contracted cleaning services
- Create and maintain cleaning checklists and standards
- Schedule deep cleans and specialty services as needed
- Hold vendors accountable to expectations
Materials Library & Inventory Systems
- Organize and maintain fabric, finish, and sample libraries
- Systematize storage closets and back-of-house areas
- Label and maintain organization systems
- Track showroom and kitchen supply inventory
Kitchen & Common Areas
- Ensure kitchen is clean, organized, and stocked
- Manage supply orders and par levels
- Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for clients
Operational Systems
- Develop and improve storage and workflow systems
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions
- Ensure smooth daily functioning of the showroom
- 3+ years experience in showroom operations, luxury retail, hospitality operations, or similar environment
- Experience managing vendors and service providers
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong attention to visual detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Comfort in a high-end design or luxury environment preferred
