Job Description

We are seeking an Intern to support our New York interior design firm. This in-person role focuses on maintaining our materials library, coordinating samples and logistics, and assisting with day-to-day projects and needs.

Responsibilities:

- Organize and maintain the materials and sample library, including processing, filing, labeling, and returning samples.
- Coordinate sample pickups, returns, showroom drop-offs, and deliveries to vendors, project sites, and other locations.
- Communicate with vendors to request pricing, lead times, finishes, dimensions, color options, and custom capabilities.
- Support project coordination and studio organization, including tracking materials and documentation.
- Assist with installations and on-site project needs as required.
- Coordinate shipping and receipt of packages.
- Provide general office and principal support, including errands and basic administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
- Available to work at least three full days per week in person at our NY office.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions precisely and consistently.
- Openness to feedback and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
