Interior Design Bookkeeping is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our fully remote team. In this role, you’ll use Studio Designer to accurately record financial transactions, manage client accounts, and deliver clear, timely financial reporting for multiple interior design clients.
We're looking for someone who communicates clearly, stays organized, takes initiative, and works well independently. If you’re comfortable in a remote environment, are energized by supporting creative professionals, and have a passion for getting the details right, we’d love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Enter and manage transactional data using Studio Designer
* Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
* Generate, review, and interpret reports to support client projects
* Support client invoicing processes and prepare sales tax filings
* Maintain strong, professional client communication and account management
* Deliver financial reports to clients and their CPAs
REQUIREMENTS
* Bookkeeping experience is required, ideally with multiple clients and in a remote setting
* Experience with Studio Designer preferred, or a strong willingness to learn it quickly and independently
* Proven ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients and team members
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Self-starter with a demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and solve problems independently
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or a related field is preferred
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
* W2 hourly full-time position
* Hourly rate begins at $30-35/hour, depending on experience
