Job Description

Internationally recognized seven time AD100 interior design firm seeking a Senior Project Manager/Interior Designer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise installations with exacting standards while managing vendors and suppliers to meet all decorative deliverables and deadlines
* Develop and maintain excellent client relationships through consistent communication, thoughtful interactions, and exceeding expectations
* Skillfully implement the founder's design direction with exceptional precision and attention to detail
* Source all FF+E including furniture, window treatments, fabrics, wall covering or other wall treatments, lighting, flooring, decorative treatments, art and accessories with meticulous care
* Create impeccable client presentations and digital design boards that effectively communicate the firm's design intent
* Schedule and attend all client meetings, including project site visits and design meetings, maintaining comprehensive records of all discussions and decisions
* Represent the firm professionally at meetings with architects, contractors, and vendors, cultivating and maintaining strong relationships critical to our success
* Proactively identify, document, and resolve issues with contractors, vendors, and clients through effective communication and relationship management
* Swiftly troubleshoot complex challenges with precision and resourcefulness
* Foster a collaborative team environment while managing and delegating to the design team with clarity and precision

Job Requirements

* 5-7 years of experience with a residential Interior Design firm
* Exceptional project management skills with obsessive attention to detail
* Ability to execute established design directions while contributing technical expertise
* Demonstrated ability to work independently across multiple concurrent projects, making sound decisions with minimal supervision while maintaining exceptional quality standards
* Proven skill building relationships with clients, team members, and vendors
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Design Manager Software
* Comprehensive knowledge of high-end vendor and supplier markets with established relationships
* Meticulous organizational skills with fanatical follow-through
* Strong work ethic with a "can-do" attitude and commitment to excellence
* Adaptable work style with strong interpersonal skills in all professional settings
* Degree in Interior Design or other project management field preferred
