Munder-Skiles — a premier name in luxury outdoor furniture with showrooms in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, Dallas, London, and Paris — is seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to expand our footprint on the East Coast.
This is not a passive showroom role. We are looking for a proactive "hunter" who will actively seek out, cultivate, and close new business within the architecture and design community. Working alongside our established team, you will spend the majority of your time in the field, presenting our collection of 150+ historic and modern designs to top-tier interior designers and landscape architects. You will also cover our New York Design Center (200 Lex) showroom one day a week.

Key Responsibilities - The Outside Sales Representative will prospect for new clients, schedule and conduct product presentations, and identify large-scale residential and commercial project opportunities. You will build trust-based relationships with trade professionals, serving as an expert advisor on our premium teak, metalwork, and all-weather wicker collections. While in the field, you will be supported by a dedicated remote Sales Operations Manager who handles proposals, CRM management, and logistics coordination.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record of outside sales success within the luxury furniture, interior design, or architectural products industry. A pre-existing network of relationships with high-end interior designers and landscape architects in the New York market is highly desirable.
We require a self-starter with exceptional presentation skills, the ability to articulate the value of artisanal craftsmanship, and experience managing a sales pipeline via CRM (NetSuite preferred). Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance-based commission
