This is a full-time, in-office position for someone who already knows the fundamentals and is ready to deepen their architectural voice. You will be working directly with senior leadership on high-end residential and boutique hospitality projects, producing permit sets, construction documents, and design development drawings that actually get built. If you love beautiful plans, clean sections, thoughtful details, and seeing projects through from concept to completion, you will fit right in. We are not able to relocate candidates so you must live in commutable proximity to Westfield, NJ. • is Revit fluent (REQUIRED-this is a hard stop)
• has at least 1+ year experience working in a design firm
• is highly design-oriented but technically sharp

• can translate concepts into clean, buildable drawings
• doesn’t need hand-holding or minute-by-minute direction
