Looking to hire a well-rounded, motivated, bookkeeping assistant for successful and fast-growing business located in the heart of Jensen Beach. Knowledge of the Interior Design industry and Studio Designer highly recommended.
~Day to day responsibilities to include:
Client account management
Bank and CC reconciliation
Filing and office organization
Receipt/vendor payment management
Client invoices + receivables
State sales tax reporting + remittance
Provide support to the Keeping Design Shop team
~Position is full time; Monday - Friday but offers a laid-back schedule and environment.
Ideal candidate must have:
High level of organizational skills
Professional communication skills
Thorough knowledge of Gmail (Google docs and sheets), Studio Designer, Harvest, Gusto, Ivy and QuickBooks
Must be punctual and ready to work on a daily basis
Be proactive and desire growth within the company
Methodical yet creative mind desired
