Award winning Interior Design firm with offices in Chicago, IL and Palm Beach, FL seeks Senior Interiors Project Director to help with high end residential interior design projects.
Ideal candidates must possess:
- A minimum of 10+ years’ experience in any or all of the following industry areas: landscaping/architecture/interior design
- Work with Principal and Interiors Senior Creative Director to design and develop architectural details, such as millwork, moldings, decorative ceilings, floor patterns, hardware, lighting, tiles, and stone details.
- Generate AutoCAD floorplans and elevations
- Ability to interpret design concepts and layouts
- Assist in the production of floorplans, elevations and detailed drawings/schedules
- Generate and update all painting/lighting/wallpaper/labor order, etc schedules as needed
- The ability to work and manage tasks as well as team members, with a strong attention to detail and leadership

- Expert Proficiency in the basic technical skills of interior design, including the following computer skills:
-Proficient in AutoCAD/Photoshop
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
-Knowledge of Studio Designer helpful, but not required
-Knowledge of InDesign, SketchUp, and InDesign graphic software a plus but not required
- The ability to successfully manage time to meet project deadlines as well as a strong work ethic
- Leadership skills a necessity for this role
- Must include a portfolio and resume in submission to be considered
