Robin Rains Interior Design & Antiques is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Showroom Manager to oversee daily operations within our Nashville showroom. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales, a passion for European antiques, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creatively driven environment.
The Showroom Manager will serve as a key point of contact for clients, guiding them through the collection with confidence and a refined understanding of product history, craftsmanship, and design relevance. A successful candidate will bring both a sales-driven mindset and an intuitive eye for interiors, contributing to the overall aesthetic and energy of the space.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales through exceptional client engagement and relationship building
Manage day-to-day showroom operations, ensuring a polished and welcoming environment
Maintain deep knowledge of inventory, with a particular focus on European antiques
Coordinate with the design and sourcing teams to support new arrivals and installations
Balance multiple priorities seamlessly in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within interiors, antiques, or luxury retail
Familiarity with European antiques and an appreciation for craftsmanship and provenance
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
