CHH Workshop is a cabinetry and upholstery studio founded by the principals of Charlap Hyman & Herrero. The studio also designs and develops thoughtfully crafted products for the home, including hardware, fixtures, and fittings. The Head of Operations for CHH Workshop, will drive operational excellence and scalability by translating business goals into actionable strategies, optimizing supply chain and vendor networks, and overseeing project execution, financial planning, and technology integration. Support leadership in building efficient systems, ensuring quality, and enabling sustainable growth across manufacturing, logistics, and customer experience.
Requirements:
5+ years of strong operational experience and demonstrable leadership in projects and cross-functional initiatives
Proficiency in Google Workspace is a must; familiarity with a range of project management, CRM, and accounting software is preferred
Ability to coordinate projects between numerous stakeholders
Organized, driven, motivated professional, with high standards for their work
Can work independently; self-starter, careful and precise
Communication skills, including English fluency
Thoughtful, generous spirit, a good teammate, enjoys interacting with people from all backgrounds
