This role supports the Principal across all phases of the design process—from initial concept through final installation. Responsibilities include:
Maintaining project tracking documents and timelines
Budget management
Coordinating showroom visits to source materials and samples
Managing vendor communication and follow-ups
Preparing and maintaining detailed finish, lighting, and plumbing schedules
Conducting site visits and supporting project oversight
Assisting with project installations
1–3 years of experience at a high-end residential design firm
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Keynote, and Microsoft Office
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
Strong sense of initiative; able to work both independently and collaboratively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
