We are seeking a gifted and experienced Art Director to lead the creative output of our marketing department. This role involves both strategic direction and hands-on development of website content, advertising campaigns, and marketing collateral. The Art Director will elevate and effectively communicate our brand identity across all online and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Creative Projects: Oversee the creation of content for the website, tradeshows, printed materials, social media, and print advertising.
• Manage Creative Team: Direct and mentor a team of photographers, videographers, graphic designers, and 3D visualization artists.
• Hands-On Development: Participate actively in design tasks using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Brand Elevation: Grasp and enhance our brand identity, ensuring consistency and excellence in all creative outputs.
• Collaborate with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to produce high-quality content that aligns with company goals.
• Stay Trend-Aware: Keep abreast of emerging design trends and incorporate them into our creative strategy.
Must-Have:
• Experience: Minimum of 6 years in a similar role within the luxury sector.
• Portfolio: An outstanding portfolio showcasing your design expertise.
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in managing and inspiring a creative team.
• Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
