The Pursley Dixon Studio is an architecture and interior design studio specializing in high-end custom residential work. The Charlotte, North Carolina based firm is seeking an Administrative & Marketing Coordinator to support both firm leadership and the marketing team in a highly organized, detail-oriented role.
This position is ideal for an early-career candidate who is polished, proactive, eager to learn, and interested in working in a creative, design-focused environment. The role will support administrative coordination, scheduling, travel planning, marketing initiatives, social media, and general studio organization.
Administrative and Leadership Support
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to firm leadership and the broader studio
• Assist with calendar coordination, scheduling, meeting preparation, and follow-up
• Coordinate travel arrangements, reservations, itineraries, and related logistics
• Help organize correspondence, deadlines, reminders, and internal priorities
• Prepare and update documents, presentations, reports, and other materials as needed
• Support special projects and help maintain organization in a fast-moving studio environment
• Look for opportunities to improve organization, communication, and efficiency across the studio, including thoughtful use of AI tools and other technology
Marketing & Communications Support
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including presentations, portfolios, email campaigns, and firm collateral
• Manage and schedule social media posts, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
• Monitor engagement and analytics on platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Pinterest
• Help maintain the firm’s website by making updates to project information, images, team details, and other content as needed
• Coordination of contest and award submittals
• Help maintain organized image files, marketing assets, project photography, and content calendars
• Coordinate logistics for photoshoots, including props, vendors, and travel arrangements
Desired Qualifications:
• 1–2 years of professional experience; prior office, administrative, or marketing is preferred
• Strong writing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Professional, warm, and polished demeanor
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Familiarity with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with Loomly, Mailchimp, Asana, or similar tools is a plus but not required
