Sotheby’s New York Decorative Arts Week Fall 2015 is underway. Running until October 17, the event encompasses four auctions (see below). Sotheby’s will also host a curated preview in tandem with designer Sara Story and Brunschwig & Fils, on view until October 14. Vignettes curated by Story will spotlight objects from each of the four sales, as well as wallcoverings from Brunschwig & Fils and Story’s own wallpaper collection. Story, founder of Sara Story Design, said: "As a longtime collector and auction enthusiast, I am thrilled to participate in this exciting week at Sotheby’s. It’s a unique opportunity to visualize these pieces—many of which come with a story of their own—as they would appear in a home."
