What’s the inspiration behind the new collection?
From day one, our inspiration is always comfort in look, feel and sit. The new collection is motivated by our commitment to interior designers and to curating a mix for them that is timeless and modern, with nods to traditional styling. Each piece is globally inspired, then made our own, with our uniquely American, modern aesthetic. The color palette evokes Sedona, Arizona—rich earth tones and soft colors that are warm and inviting, rendered in beautiful, livable materials and textures. 

How do you feel this collection pushes the brand forward?
This collection highlights MG+BW as a haven for those who appreciate timeless design, reimagined and elevated through new offerings. It celebrates our past with iconic pieces from the vault and reflects our ongoing evolution, complementing previous collections while introducing fresh, exclusive designs rooted in comfort, approachability and enduring style.

What about the collection feels fresh and exciting?
The Elio sofette, with its origami folds and wood base, pairs the capacity of a love seat with the curated, designer look of accent chairs. It’s a versatile design we look forward to seeing in residential and contract settings. Our reimagined Turino tables with new Poppy and Sage wood tops are a reminder that the cocktail table is the centerpiece of the living room. The layered heights for bunching are equally functional and exquisite for styling. Finally, the Laurel sofa and swivel chair offer a relaxed yet refined elegance that invites designers to make each piece their own.

Tell us about the materials and palette of this collection. Do they enhance a particular piece?
We gave our collection a new direction through soft, warm earth tones that recall the canyons of Arizona. Of particular note are our new Poppy red and Sage green colors for the wood tops of our Turino table collection, as well as the Adobe colorway in our new refined boucle and performance velvet upholstery fabrics.

Can the collection be customized? What kind of options are possible?
We offer more than 300 fabric and leather options, as well as customer’s own material (COM) and customer’s own leather (COL). There are 10 wood finish options. The upholstery is made by hand in our Taylorsville, North Carolina, facility, and ships in six to eight weeks. Our new tables and bedroom collection are available in multiple finishes, sizes and/or hardware options.

How do you envision designers using this collection?
We strive to enable interior designers to be the arbiters of great style and taste for their clients, so we envision them using this collection and our broader assortment with complete creative license, fulfilling their visions and fortifying their designs with beautiful, comfortable products.
