Editorial
Kari Costas has left Traditional Home as market editor and has joined Decor Aid as editorial director. Costas will manage Decor Aid's web/newsletter content, social media, design projects shoots and will help with editorial direction and building of the brand. She will be working hand in hand with Denise Figlar Wilson, who is now leading the company's PR and marketing efforts. Figlar Wilson joined Decor Aid as Vice President of Public Relations; she brings former experience working for Armani/Casa, Calvin Klein Home and Swarovski.

Katherine Scully has left her role as National Home Furnishings Director at Luxe Interiors + Design, where she worked for three years, to accept the position of Regional Director at  Interior Design.

Miranda Agee-Gass is now freelance editor for archdigest.com.

Design
CeCe Barfield Thompson, previously Senior Designer at Bunny Williams, Inc, has launched the namesake firm, CeCe Barfield, Inc.

The Gettys Group, the design and strategic consulting services for the hospitality industry, has named Marcela Lombana senior project designer of its Miami Studio, which is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. Lombana brings over a decade of experience working as a lifestyle interior designer with a wide-ranging background in hospitality and luxury residential projects largely in the South Florida and Latin American markets including work at firms such as Kobi Karp Architecture & Interior Design, RTKL Associates and her own studio in Bogota, Colombia.

Barbara Fuller is leaving her role as Vice President, Product and Marketing at Waterworks to join an as yet unnamed company, within the interior design industry, as Chief Marketing Officer.

Showrooms
Susan De Angelis has joined the Cowtan & Tout team as its New York showroom and territory manager. She was previously showroom manager at Robert Allen. Taking over at Robert Allen is Mark Walker, who is fresh from showroom manager at the Robert Allen showroom in Washington, D.C.

The David Sutherland showroom at the D&D Building just welcomed Emily Poole. She will be taking on the role of showroom manager. She has previous experience managing the Tory Burch flagship on Madison Avenue.

George Smith just opened its doors at the D&D Building, and Elliott Johnson is taking the reigns as showroom manager.

Sherle Wagner has added two new sales reps to its team at the D&D: Gerard Gutierrez and Justin Jones. Gutierrez was previously the men’s designer business lead at Macy’s, and Jones was formerly a reporter at The Daily Beast. Jones will also handle Sherle Wagner’s social media accounts.

Schumacher has three new faces in its D&D showroom. Joe Gress and Jordan Rogas are the newest showroom sales representatives. Gress comes from ABC Carpet and Rogas previously worked at Virginia-based interior design firm Rogas & Company. Also joining the Schumacher team is account executive Lynn Kuhn, who previously worked at Pierre Frey.

PR/Marketing
Jamie Glushon has left her role as Senior Account Manager at HL Group to join Laurel & Wolf as Public Relations Manager.

Amy Soule is joining Pollack | Weitzner as the new Vice President of Marketing. Soule has over 15 years of experience in marketing for the interior design industry, including positions as Product Manager with Baker Furniture, Creative Services Director at Architectural Digest, and most recently as Integrated Marketing Director for Traditional Home.

Erin Brunner has left her job as account manager at Think PR, where she worked with W Hotels, Skylight Group, Nails inc, Pucker and other clients.

Sales
Michael Berzsenyi is now National Sales Manager for Mr Brown London, the UK-inspired and US-based designer and manufacturer of casegoods, upholstery, lighting and accessories. She arrives with sales management experience in both the fashion and furniture industries; most recently, she was Sales/Showroom Manager for Bobo Intriguing Objects, a position she held for the last five years until joining Mr Brown London.

Joining the sales team at Pierre Frey is Kristine Hallblade, who was previously at Crate & Barrel for 20 years.
