JAMES Showroom is seeking a Showroom Sales Representative for our West Palm Beach Seasonal Pop-Up from January 2026-May 2026. This position has the potential to become a full-time year-round opportunity for a motivated, hard-working candidate passionate about the high-end boutique resources we represent.
The representative will be responsible for providing a welcoming and informative customer experience for designers/cleints visiting our location, and working closely with our showroom sales teams in Texas and New York to promote our lines.
Responsibilities:
*Full-time availability Monday-Friday 9AM-5PM to maintain a presence in our pop-up showroom space.
*Flexibility to meet with clients by appointment at the showroom.
*Support the sales and operations teams in NYC and Texas for all Florida clients
*Communicate effectively with clients and vendors to ensure timelines are met and quotes/orders are fulfilled on a daily basis.
*Create, maintain, and strengthen relationships with trade clients throughout Florida through targeted outreach.
*Assist clients with information and sampling of fabrics, wallpaper, lighting, and rugs.
*Facilitate in-store Point-of-Sales for any readily available items.
*Generate active and up-to-date customer activity reports.
*Oversee the maintenance of showroom displays and inventory through thoughtful visual merchandising.
*Promote the brands we represent by helping organize events within our space during the pop-up.
Requirements:
*1-2 years of previous sales experience in the interior design industry preferred
*Positive and outgoing team player
*Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills with superior attention to detail
*Manage time effectively and adapt quickly to changing priorities
*Love of the Interior Design Business
