We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented designer with 2–4 years of professional experience to support the development and delivery of FF&E across multiple projects. The position will work under the direction of the Senior FF&E Designer and collaborate closely with the broader design team.
Responsibilities include:
Work under the direction of the Senior FF&E Designer in the development and documentation of project FF&E;
Assist in the development of FF&E concepts for residential and hospitality interiors;
Research and source furniture, lighting, textiles, finishes, and materials;
Coordinate with vendors, manufacturers, showrooms, and fabricators;
Prepare presentation materials and design boards;
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of FF&E schedules and specifications;
Support FF&E procurement coordination and vendor communications;
Assist with project installations and on-site coordination;
Assist in client presentations;
Help maintain organized project files, schedules, and sample library.
Qualifications to include:
Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field;
2–4 years of professional experience;
Professional experience within a high-end residential or hospitality interior design studio required;
Strong knowledge of furniture, lighting, textiles, and materials;
Strong organizational and communication skills;
Ability to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced studio environment;
Software Required:
AutoCAD;
Adobe Creative Suite;
SketchUp;
Microsoft Office Suite;
Studio Designer or comparable procurement software
