Bunny Williams Home is seeking an Website and E-Commerce Operations Manager. This person will lead the overall direction and management of our online presence and operations. The ideal candidate possesses a unique blend of expertise in e-commerce best practices and a discerning design eye and can work with our team to translate a high-end home furnishings brand into an elevated, seamless online shopping experience. This position will work closely with our Marketing Manager and President and be based out of our New York City office located in the Interior Arts Building on East 61st Street in Manhattan, with the flexibility to work from home on Fridays. Own and manage all aspects of our online store.
Regularly review and analyze site performance, with a focus on conversion.
Generate weekly, monthly and ad hoc reporting to provide insights, identify opportunities and deliver solutions that drive online growth.
Ongoing website maintenance: includes new product creation, pricing and inventory updates, and working with third-party services like Cylindo to create 3D product renderings.
Respond to and give suggestions for increased site functionality and manage our third-party development team to implement changes.
Collaborate with Marketing Manager on content calendar to ensure relevant products are being highlighted on the website.
Oversee online merchandising to maximize sales, while ensuring website visually reflects the brand.
Deliver financial results (sales, gross margin $, gross margin %) for assigned ecommerce site.
Maximize sales and profitability of the site through seasonal strategies, business analysis and reaction to sales trends.
Continuously track and recap performance of items, categories, events and ecommerce using a breadth of sales and marketing reporting tools.
Identify product issues and improvement strategies.
Conduct weekly site audits to ensure correct presentation and optimal customer experience.
Manage conversion improvement strategies including A/B testing initiatives, product recommendations, complete the look, and on-site search rules, improved PDP and product messaging.
Qualifications & Skills:
4-6 years of e-commerce & website merchandising experience
Familiarity with Shopify Plus and proven experience with website development
Bachelor's degree in a related business field
Proven performance of using business analytics to drive sales and profitability
Knowledge of digital marketing channels and Google Analytics
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Self-starter that is resourceful and takes initiative
