We are seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented legal professional who is passionate about the intersection of law, business strategy, and the creative industries.
The Associate Attorney will work directly with senior attorneys, including a Senior Associate and the Managing Partner, to support a diverse portfolio of clients in architecture, home decor, and design. This position offers a unique blend of legal practice and strategic advisory work, providing valuable experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research on complex issues related to architecture, design, and creative industries.
• Draft, review, and revise a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, client engagement letters, and internal business policies.
• Assist in the preparation and review of business infrastructure documents, including pricing systems, business plans, and strategic growth models.
• Participate in client meetings, gaining firsthand experience in client management and legal strategy development.
• Provide preliminary analysis and legal advice on client issues under the supervision of senior team members.
• Manage and prioritize multiple legal research projects with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Gradually assume client management responsibilities, building relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to clients in the architecture, home decor, and design sectors.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments affecting the creative and design industries.
