We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Interior Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is an innovative professional with strong technical skills and a passion for crafting purposeful, high-end spaces.
Duties:
· Development of construction floor plans, ceiling plans, details, millwork, schedules, and specifications
· Partake in the selection, presentation and procurement of furniture, fabrics/textiles, equipment (FF & E), color palettes, and lighting
· Work on multiple projects through all design phases including schematic design, design development, construction documentation, construction administration, procurement, and the installation process
· Track and process purchase orders and maintain budgets for clients/projects
· Assist and collaborate with the design and preparation of implementation document sets (i.e., interior plans, fixture plans, elevations, details)
· Work with project team to review work for design, integrity, accuracy, clarity, and quality
· Assist with the development of interior concepts based on client vision/desire, project scope and design/architectural concept
· Collaborate with clients and consultants as needed
· Prepare presentations and design materials which includes finish boards, renderings, etc.
· Assist with review of RFI, shop drawings and submittals during construction administration phase
· Participate in team meetings to discuss active projects and any technical issues
· Maintain current knowledge of trends and materials, techniques, and other developments in interior design
Qualifications:
· 1-3 years of working experience as an Interior Designer working on residential projects
· Accredited degree in either Interior Design, Architecture, or closely related field
· Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, InDesign and modeling software
· Excellent communication skills both oral and written
· Strong time management and organi

Her deep design rooms in Miami and her Scandinavian heritage are the foundation of her design ethos. With over 20 years of experience, Blanca works with client’s hand-in-hand, through every stage of project development.
