Pindler is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative based in Denver, CO to grow our business across Colorado and Wyoming. In this role, you'll work directly with interior designers, hospitality and contract firms, upholsterers, workrooms, manufacturers, and trade showrooms to expand existing accounts and develop new business.
What You'll Do
You'll drive profitable sales growth by building and executing territory business plans, analyzing sales trends, and identifying opportunities across customer segments. Through regular client visits, you'll present Pindler's full line of products and programs, place sample books, and deliver tailored presentations that educate clients and deepen relationships. You'll also prospect for new clients through industry events and social media, while developing outreach to reactivate inactive accounts.
Collaboration is key — you'll partner closely with the Showroom Manager to review territory performance and develop growth strategies, and you'll keep management informed through timely reporting.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse customer segments. Familiarity with the Colorado and Wyoming design market is a plus. The ideal candidate is comfortable with regular travel across a multi-state territory and has a strong analytical mindset with the ability to use sales data to drive strategy. Excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills are a must, along with comfort using technology such as CRM platforms and virtual presentation tools. Above all, we're looking for someone who is self-motivated with a genuine passion for the interior design industry.
