Chandos Collective seeks experienced Project Architect for residential projects with extensive knowledge of classical architecture and millwork. We are looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2.5 years of experience or more for renovations and new construction.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with principal and design team during design phase
Lead production and preparation of documents and specifications
Communication with clients, engineers, vendors and general contractors throughout design and construction
On site observations and reports when needed
Millwork details
Ceiling details
Construction administration including submittal review
Qualifications:
Professional degree in Architecture
Fluency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite
Registration as accredited architect
Knowledge of building materials, construction techniques and specifications
Highly organized and detail oriented with good communication skills
Ability to manage several projects with varying deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Ability to contribute to design solutions
Team player
