We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager (8+ years experience) to lead complex architectural projects from conception to completion, ensuring excellence in design, coordination, and execution. This role requires direct communication with the client and design team.
- Lead and manage multiple architectural projects simultaneously, from pre-design through construction administration.
- Oversee project teams, assigning tasks and ensuring delivery of high-quality work on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to maintain clear communication and alignment.
- Facilitate design meetings, presentations, and reviews with stakeholders.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
- Ensure projects comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other applicable regulations.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and performance evaluations.
- Participate in business development efforts, including proposals and client pitches as needed.
Technical skills required include CAD, AIA plans/sheets formatting, Microsoft programs such as Excel and Word. Basic experience with Adobe suite software (Photoshop, InDesign, etc) are necessary.
