Claude Home, a refined and thoughtfully curated home decor brand, is seeking a Vendor Relations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vendor accounts and relationships, collaborating closely with our product team to onboard both new vendors and new products, and ensuring seamless integration of these products onto our website. You will also be responsible for regularly updating our product catalog to reflect any necessary changes or updates.
The ideal candidate brings e-commerce experience, strong data management skills, and a sense of creative fluidity—balancing analytical precision with an eye for thoughtful, design-forward products.
Key Responsibilities
•Serve as the primary liaison for designers, brands, and suppliers, maintaining strong relationships and managing all communication related to product updates, pricing, and stock availability.
•Collaborate with the product management team to onboard new vendors and their products, expanding our curated selection while ensuring alignment with the brand’s design ethos and quality standards.
•Manage various pricing structures, handle currency conversions and ensure precise calculations.
•2-3 years of experience in vendor/account management, product sourcing, or a related role.
•Experience in e-commerce, with a strong understanding of platforms such as Shopify or other online marketplaces.
•Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with expertise in retail pricing strategies and gross margin analysis.
•Excellent communication skills, comfortable with video and phone calls to foster relationships.
•Knowledge of the home decor and interior design industry is highly valued.
