Irvine, CA/ Full-time
Your responsibilities
Marketing Manager will be focused on managing all efforts related to the support, outreach and education of our Trade Specifier communities (Designer, Builders & Architects) and will plan, develop and execute marketing activities and initiatives for the Thermador brand.
Builds awareness, clearly positions the brand in the clients’ minds and ensures that all activities inside and outside of BSH (including retail partners) are consistent with brand strategy. Works closely with the brand team, training, local area trade marketing. Deep understanding of consumer benefits and marketing program extensions required to manage and drive the development of new content and relevant marketing campaigns. Exemplifies a proactive and exceptional spirit when managing and executing projects, initiatives, tasks and activations, keeping projects on deadline and on budget. Strong communication skills needed to align others, especially when pitching Thermador concepts or initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Plan, develop & execute initiatives and programs that support our Trade Specifier clients, including digital content for the website, events, specialized content and outreach experiences
• Build and manage content and execute marketing campaigns with key trade designer influencers
• Analyze/review Trade Media, determine gaps, identify areas of improvement and create execution plans
• Responsible for developing, executing and project management of Trade Specifier relevant CRM campaigns
• Create and lead Trade Specifier research and surveys
• Develop, plan and execute activities to drive traffic to our Showrooms
• Responsible for the development and execution around brand activations and branded experiences at Trade Shows and Trade directed event experiences
• Work with Sales teams to identify key market opportunities and key issues as it relates to executing relevant Trade Specif

Job Requirements

Your profile
• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Business or related field) – Required
• 7-10 Years of Experience (Marketing/Digital Communications) – Required
• Critical skills in project management required
• Experience within the Trade Specifier Industry (Designer, Architect or Builder) a plus
• Ability to implement and execute brand and marketing initiatives – start-to-finish
• Knowledge & experience in the measurement of marketing campaigns
• Self-starter who can effectively work in a fast paced environment, work through and manage change/ambiguity, with an appropriate sense of urgency
• Highly organized and very comfortable with Internet of Things (IoT)
• Ability to engage and influence the organization
• Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills a must
• Team player with high level of collaboration across all departments
• Budget management skills and proficiency is a must
• Ability to use analytical skills to identify challenges & opportunities
• Proven track record and working experience as marketing manager
• Ability to work in the Irvine office hybrid (3 days a week)
• Travel 10%
