We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Textile Operations Associate to support the daily operations of a luxury textile division. This role is ideal for an organized, service-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with showrooms, design firms, internal teams, and international suppliers.

The Textile Operations Associate will help manage the full lifecycle of textile sales and fulfillment, from inquiries, quotes, and reservations through order entry, payment coordination, shipping, and delivery follow-up. This position requires strong communication, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and care.

Key responsibilities include serving as a primary contact for domestic and international showroom partners, coordinating sample requests, supporting order processing, tracking product availability, and ensuring timely follow-up on client and sales needs. The role also includes working with textile mills and vendors to support procurement, production timelines, and material availability.

The ideal candidate will maintain organized project calendars, track deadlines, and help ensure time-sensitive initiatives are completed efficiently. Quality control is also important, including reviewing samples, packaging, and related materials for accuracy, consistency, and presentation standards.

This position will support shipping and logistics for samples, materials, and products sent to showrooms, clients, and design partners worldwide, including documentation, tracking, and issue resolution.

The Textile Operations Associate may also assist with marketing and business development initiatives, including trade show preparation, product launches, and special projects.

The successful candidate will be proactive, polished, resourceful, and comfortable working in a high-touch, client-focused environment.

Job Requirements

Candidates should have strong written and verbal communication skills and be comfortable serving as a key point of contact for domestic and international showroom partners, design firms, vendors, and internal team members. The role requires prompt follow-up on textile inquiries, sample requests, order updates, availability questions, and operational needs.

Applicants must be able to manage the full sales and order process, including quotes, reservations, order entry, payment coordination, shipping follow-up, and delivery tracking. Strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple active orders and deadlines are essential.

Experience coordinating sample requests for showrooms, sales teams, and design firms across multiple markets is preferred. Candidates should be comfortable preparing, organizing, and tracking samples, materials, and product shipments worldwide.

The position requires clear, professional communication with local and international textile mills, suppliers, and vendors regarding production timelines, material availability, procurement needs, and order status.

Candidates must maintain organized project calendars, internal tracking systems, and accurate records to ensure deadlines are met. Strong attention to detail is required when reviewing samples, packaging, labels, documentation, and related materials for accuracy, consistency, and brand alignment.
