Key responsibilities include serving as a primary contact for domestic and international showroom partners, coordinating sample requests, supporting order processing, tracking product availability, and ensuring timely follow-up on client and sales needs. The ideal candidate will maintain organized project calendars, track deadlines, and help ensure time-sensitive initiatives are completed efficiently. Quality control is also important, including reviewing samples, packaging, and related materials for accuracy, consistency, and presentation standards.
This position will support shipping and logistics for samples, materials, and products sent to showrooms, clients, and design partners worldwide, including documentation, tracking, and issue resolution.
The Textile Operations Associate may also assist with marketing and business development initiatives, including trade show preparation, product launches, and special projects.
